Artist Oleg Naboka was born in 1946 in Ukraine. In 1974 he graduated from Kyiv Artistic-Industrial College with specialty in design. In 1986 he graduated from Ukrainian polygraphic institute by Ivan Feodorov and obtained the qualification of graphic artist in illustration of print products. Is currently a teacher of drawing, painting and composition at Children's Music School 5. Member of the National Union of the Artists of Ukraine and of the Union of Designers of Ukraine.
